Hello Sheldons!!  Please join us for our 2nd Annual Meeting.  This will be held on 7 May 2023 at Noon PST.  The following is the current agenda.

1.  Call to Order
2. Opening Remarks by the President.  Introduction of latest Board Member additions (since last year) – Neale and Carol
3. Status Reports:
   1. Treasurer
   2. Membership
   3. DNA
   4. Secretary
   5. Genealogy
4. Old Business:
   1. Approval of Minutes.  Waive reading of minutes.  Move to approve.
   2. Revisit Goals from December 2022 Annual Meeting
      1. 5000 in TNG by May meeting.
      2. DNA Match Group in England
      3. Get the YouTube station up & running with more video sections (Tutorials, Interviews, DNA, Sheldons in the Field, Themed Meetings)
5. New Business:
   1. Election of Officers & Board Members: President, Treasurer, Secretary, Webmaster, Director at Large.  Nominations will be taken from the floor and we welcome anyone interested in taking over one of the existing positions.
   2. New Format for Sunday Meetings – more research based.  Training given.
   3. Longevity & Fundraising: How to ensure we will keep functioning years from now.
   4. Items to Discuss from the floor.
